You migrate existing Safexpert projects into CE-Copilot via the Excel data export of the risk assessment: upload, check the preview and the import report, import. Every entry is marked “Imported, to be reviewed” until a competent person confirms it. Available from the Professional plan.
CE-Copilot is AI-assisted, cloud-native software for CE marking in mechanical engineering with which SMEs produce the risk assessment, standards research, technical documentation and declaration of conformity themselves. The process in four steps
1. Create the data export in Safexpert
Export the risk assessment of your Safexpert project as an Excel data export (tabular form). No changes to the file are needed.
2. Upload the file to CE-Copilot
Upload the file in your project. CE-Copilot detects the columns automatically and shows a preview before anything is imported.
3. Run the import with an import report
Hazards, measures (three-step method), hazard zones, life phases and references to standards land in the right places. The risk evaluation is transferred to the 2D matrix (severity × probability) in a documented way; the original values are preserved in the import report.
4. Confirm professionally and carry on working
All imported entries carry the marker “Imported, to be reviewed” until a competent person has confirmed them. After that you continue working in the normal CE-Copilot workflow.
