This is the English edition of the dossier, exported from the English edition of the platform. The same project exists in German, and the Declaration of Conformity can also be exported in French and Italian.

All modules work on the same data within the project: the hazards from the risk assessment feed the safety functions, the standards selected appear in the Declaration of Conformity. The full export bundles them in this order, with a clickable table of contents.
Each hazard on its own page: life phase, type of hazard, risk number before measures (severity × probability), protective measures following the three-step method of EN ISO 12100 with the corresponding requirements from Annex I of the Machinery Directive, residual risk and acceptance decision.

Limits
The standards check behind the document
Every standard number named by the AI is checked in CE-Copilot against the catalogue of standards listed in the Official Journal of the EU. Anything that cannot be confirmed there is flagged visibly by the software in the project and in the export, rather than the number being silently issued as a valid standard. In the sample project, all of these flags were resolved during the technical revision; the current export therefore contains no open markers. That is precisely the end state the check is meant to produce: it shows the places where your technical decision is required, until none remain open.
And the most important point last: A sample dossier is not a blank cheque. The technical review and the release of the documentation remain with the manufacturer. The software structures, substantiates and keeps the documents together; the signature is yours.
